Welcome to Wyd? ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wyd? (or older if your country sets a higher age of digital consent — for example, 16 in parts of the EU — in which case you must meet that age or have verifiable parental consent). By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Don't impersonate others or create accounts to abuse or evade blocks.
Wyd? lets you add content such as a profile photo, squad names, and activity suggestions ("user content"). You're responsible for your user content and must have the right to share it.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, or impersonate anyone.
You can report objectionable content or users, and block any user (which stops them finding or contacting you). We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights. By using the app you agree to it.
You may delete your account at any time in the app (you → delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
